Hilti invites you to submit innovative ideas for a new mobile application to hep architects, construction workers, sales staff and customers work together comfortably and efficiently.

Submissions:
Your submission should explain the purpose of your Mobile App and how it supports Hilti and its customers. Please use an illustrative and attractive way to present typical situations of application, a proposal for the design, and the Mobile App’s major functionalities. Feel free to make reasonable assumptions about the technical requirements and data necessary for your application. You may choose one of the following submission forms to present your idea:
1. Technical-oriented:
Prototype
Develop a prototype of the Mobile App in Android or iOS, and provide a brief description of the major functionalities (max. five pages).
Web-based Prototype
Develop a web-based prototype of your Mobile App and provide a brief description of the major functionalities (max. five pages).

Through production of a short movie, provide a strong, well-developed business case for your mobile application. Thoroughly describe the concept of the application, providing possible application scenarios as well as pictures or screenshots of the user interface (max seven minutes).
Other submission forms are also accepted as long as they are in line with the evaluation criteria stated above.

1st: Trip to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), 2nd-3rd: Hilti power tools possibility to launch Mobile App and easier access to international internship

- Participate as an individual or in teams of up to 5 persons
- Young professionals and students from universities and universities of applied science from IT, business, engineering and all other disciplines are welcome.
- Neither programming skills nor detailed technical knowledge concerning the construction industry are necessarily required to participate!
- Participants are only asked to submit their creative ideas by November 26th, 2012, 23:59:00 (CET)
- Submissions will be reviewed by an international panel of experts who will determine the ten finalist teams
- Date of Notification: Dec. 8, 2012
- Workshop and Award Ceremony: Jan. 10 - 12, 2013 (Hilti HQ, Liechtenstein)
- Top 10 teamsL Invited to 2,5-day workshop in Schaan (Liechtenstein)
